Preface

This book is the culmination of my experience running a business, real estate, estate planning, asset protection, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property law firm. This is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or accounting advice. It is for educational and informative purposes only.

 

I describe the following process as the climbing the financial ladder. You can’t get credit cards without cash accounts. An individual doesn’t need an offshore trust without having enough assets that it makes sense to protect them. But if you put one foot in front of the other and have a plan to make money along the way, one can climb the ladder and set themselves and their descendants up forever. A lot of people talk about creating generational wealth, but very few put the accounts, strategies, and processes in place to actually make it happen. In writing this book, I must admit that I have not lived it completely, and my understanding came from a lot of good decisions, and many errors along the way. It is my hope that my experiences will alleviate some of the learning pains along the way for the reader. I believe we are all here for a purpose, and it is my hope that my struggles and insight can make your journey more streamlined. Setbacks are a part of life, and my hope is that you practice dedication, diligence, and forgiveness of self as you embark on this journey.
